Although I am not a patient, a recent interaction with this office necessitates the need to communicate how this office conducts it’s affairs in the most ethical and caring manor. Being sensitive to unsolicited phone calls and texts, an erroneous marketing message was sent and I was rather upset. There has been a recent deluge of spam on my phone in the last month and the message I received provided a valid phone number to call. Within one hour of my message to the office, the owner called me and sincerely apologized. He discussed what happened, how he was going to remedy the problem and could not have been more sincere.
I have been fortunate to have been with a dentist for over 10 years and am very happy with the service. However, should I need to switch offices, this practice would be my first choice.
